With two levels of care to choose from, the Website Care Team and I have a plan to support you in any phase of business.
You want to keep your website updated with the freshest content as you add to your portfolio, develop new offers, and more.
With the Maintenance + Updates Plan, you’ll receive our Unlimited 30-Minute Edits. These cover anything that takes 30 minutes or less to resolve and that can generally be handled within the admin panel of your WordPress site.
For example: Adding or editing content like blog posts, WooCommerce products, pages, etc., editing menus and widgets, installing and activating plugins, and much more.

You want to make sure your website stays healthy and online but don’t expect to make updates more than once a year.
With the Maintenance Only Plan, you’ll receive our standard Website Care offerings only.

When you purchase your subscription plan, your payment method will be stored for future payments monthly or annual payments based on the payment plan you selected.
Should your automatic payment fail, services will be paused until a new card is provided.
No problem! You may share one subscription plan among as many sites as needed for an additional $100/month per site. Any Exclusives will be shared across all websites based on the priorities you communicate to us.
Your Website Care Plan covers your design and development services, standard offerings, and premium tools outlined above. There are several costs associated with maintaining a website that you’ll continue to pay directly such as your own private hosting, additional software subscription fees, and licenses for any copyrighted photos or fonts.
You may cancel at any time and your service will conclude at the end of the current billing period.
All you need to do is send a written request via email.
We'll complete one final update, security scan and backup for you. After a two-week grace period, our license keys will be removed from your site and you will be responsible for purchasing your own licenses to continue using any premium software and plugins.
We do not offer refunds or early cancellation for Website Care Plan subscription services.
We log incoming requests Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
We complete submitted requests on Wednesdays in the order they were received.
If you have a time sensitive request, please make us aware when you submit the request. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline. If we are unable to meet your target date, we'll let you know right away.
Here are some requests that the Unlimited 30-Minute Edits does not include. These services will count toward your monthly credit of Design & Development Hours or you may separately book an Exclusive with your VIP rate.
For 30-Minute Edits - just send an email to [email protected] with your domain name and a brief description of your request in the subject line. For the most efficient service, follow these best practices.
