Step One: Get it all on paper

Grab a sheet of paper and brainstorm everything that you need to do this week.

Step Two: Categorize

Categorize all your tasks into one of the following categories – Do, Defer, Delegate, or Delete.

Step Three: Determine goals for the week

Select the three most important items for the week. These should be tasks that will make a tangible difference for you or your clients.

Step Four: Follow weekly plan guidelines

Consider creating daily themes to maintain some balance between working on your business instead of only in your business. 

Step Five: Protect your personal time

Block time for self-care and family.

Step Six: Add scheduled appointments

Fill in appointments you’ve already committed to so that you can see what time is left to work through your list.

Step Seven: Schedule time to meet your goals

Commit to meeting your goals for the week by scheduling dedicated time to do the work.

Step Eight: Schedule Flex Time

Curb distractions without letting small tasks fall through the cracks by scheduling weekly Flex Time.

Step Nine: Tame your to-do list

Find time to complete your remaining tasks.
